Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare invoices using an integrated ERP system (Infor LN) and supporting documentation using Excel spreadsheets or Word documents. 
  • Review and confirm supporting documentation such as purchase orders, bills of lading, and other shipping documents.  Track shipments to ensure they are delivered.  Resolve discrepancies and use good judgment.
  • Create and process system transactions on sales orders and billing requests.  Correspond internally with Customer Service, Shipping, and Accounting departments. 
  • Process invoices through customer websites and billing portals.

 

 

Education

Associate’s degree preferred

Experience

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (Intermediate/Advanced)
  • Experience with an ERP system preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is required
  • Organized and ability to multitask is required 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $39,400-59,100, with eligibility for OT after 40 hours worked and for an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. The full salary range for this role reflects this position's competitive labor market value and provides an opportunity to progress as associates grow and develop within the role.  Bonuses are paid based on RTC’s financial results.  Any payouts awarded in the first year of employment are pro-rated based on the start date.  Program rules are subject to change at management’s discretion.
