Job Description

Job Summary

This is a critical role for RTC Ready to ensure the internal execution of our customers' planogram interpretation requests, orders, and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with Account Managers, Purchasing, Account Services, and the Ready Operations Team to ensure questions are answered, orders are properly processed, and any issues that may arise are resolved.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations, tracking and following through on critical orders and client initiatives.
  • Interface with the Planogram Team, Account Services, Account Managers, Inside Sales, and external clients as necessary to answer questions, provide finished Data Cube quotations, and maintain an effective bidirectional flow of work.
  • Update pricing spreadsheets as requested
  • Interpret planograms and provide accurate Ready part requirements and pricing
  • Update order trackers as requested
  • Submit estimate requests for RTC Mexico costing and provide inter-company costs back to them.
  • Attend kickoff meetings and fulfill customer sample requests as requested.

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree required

Experience

Experience/Skills/Education     

Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are required.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills is required, as the role focuses heavily on spreadsheets, including lookups, pivot tables, and data accumulation and validation. It requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Prior experience interacting at all levels of the organization, along with external contacts, is considered a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks are necessary.

1-2 years of pricing or cost analysis experience.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $39,400-59,100, with overtime eligibility (after 40 hours worked) and an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. The full salary range for this role reflects this position's competitive labor market value and provides an opportunity to progress as associates grow and develop within the role.  Bonuses are paid based on RTC’s financial results.  Any payouts awarded in the first year of employment are pro-rated based on the start date.  Program rules are subject to change at management’s discretion.
