The Business Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing process improvements and technical solutions within Infor LN ERP to meet new business requirements and challenges. The position maintains strong knowledge of business processes and Infor LN ERP and develops functional and technical requirements to ensure IT systems deliver the expected value to the business. The Network Engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, installing, maintaining, and supporting the US-based RTC technology infrastructure, including servers and storage, local and wide area networks, operating systems, and application software.  This role also establishes and communicates standards and governance for technology across all RTC global sites.  This position is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and a strong customer focus.

Works directly with Senior Electrical Engineers to assist in developing new designs and solutions. This role must be onsite in our Rolling Meadows office daily.

The Lighting Product Engineer contributes to designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, or systems. Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to electrical product and system designs. Works directly with engineers to develop new designs and solutions. Independently manages technology efforts of small- to medium-scale cross-departmental projects, occasionally directing them to several aspects of the work.

To inspect production lines to ensure products meet RTC quality standards

The Sr. Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician will be responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of various plant and office electrical systems, plastic and metal plumbing systems, pneumatic, hydraulic and other mechanical systems.

This position is responsible for working on the production lines.

Perform daily inventory and cycle counts

Support the warehousing department and the plant by performing timely and accurate system transactions.

Provide administrative support to the Plant in the area of Production.

Support the shipping department by performing all required daily shipping transactions.

Preparing packages and all documents for shipment.

Maintain the cleanliness of Production and Warehouse.

To operate a Forklift or Reach Truck.
