This role manages all activities related to Injection Molding Tooling, including design, construction, launch, and validation of molded products.

The ERP Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing process improvements and technical solutions within Infor LN ERP to meet new business requirements and challenges. The position requires a strong knowledge of business processes and Infor LN ERP, and develops functional and technical requirements to ensure that IT systems deliver the expected value to the business. This position is a hands-on role requiring excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and a strong customer focus. Note: This role requires prior knowledge of LN or SyteLine, and you will not be considered qualified if you have not used the software.

The Quality Engineer will use standard metrology tools (calipers, micrometer, pin gage, force gage, etc.) to inspect parts. As the financial analyst for RTC, this person will assist the monthly US accounting close, perform and coordinate account activity and variance analysis, and prepare financial reporting for key customers. Responsibilities vary and span key accounting areas, including financial results research and analysis, financial reporting, customer rebate analysis, tax-related inquiries from state taxing authorities, and participation in special ad-hoc projects.

This role will collaborate with internal teams, the client, and brands to ensure that planograms for the cosmetics walls are received and produced accurately for annual resets.

The Product Lighting Engineer contributes to designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, or systems. Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to electrical product and system designs. Works directly with engineers to develop new designs and solutions. Independently manages technology efforts of small- to medium-scale cross-departmental projects, occasionally directing them to several aspects of the work.

RTC is seeking an Cost Accountant to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support the Product, Operations, and Supply Chain team, to help improve transparency and predictability of our costs of goods sold (COGS), thus enabling pricing and go-to-market decisions for our current and future product lines. The role requires an individual who can pull data, organize, and analyze in order to drive decisions.

To operate a Forklift or Reach Truck.

To inspect production lines to ensure products meet RTC quality standards

Provide supervision support to the plant in the area of production. Will be responsible and have ownership of the area assigned.

This position is responsible for working on the production lines.

Preparing packages and all documents for shipment.

Maintain the cleanliness of Production and Warehouse.

Working in the shipping department, reviewing sales orders and all shipping documents. Responsible for operating forklift and pallet jacks.

Complete general tasks in support of the Maintenance department.

Perform daily inventory and cycle counts

Perform basic preventive maintenance on various types of RTC Production equipment

Support the shipping department by performing all required daily shipping transactions.

Provide administrative support to the Plant in the area of Production.

Hands-on supervisor overseeing all aspects of the shipping docks and continuously working to drive on-time deliveries while ensuring efficient packing and loading of orders.
