RTC is seeking an Cost Accountant to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support the Product, Operations, and Supply Chain team, to help improve transparency and predictability of our costs of goods sold (COGS), thus enabling pricing and go-to-market decisions for our current and future product lines. The role requires an individual who can pull data, organize, and analyze in order to drive decisions.

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, estimating, and procurement.  Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. We purchase in-component parts and seek candidates with experience sourcing and purchasing injection molded plastic, wood, and metal.

The Applications Development Manager will be responsible for the development team, hands-on coding for full-stack creation, and support of internal and customer-facing custom web applications and console applications. This hands-on role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and a strong customer focus.

This is a HANDS-ON position, responsible for all aspects of Internal and External quality. The Quality Engineer will use standard metrology tools (calipers, micrometer, pin gage, force gage, etc.) to inspect parts. The Quality Engineer should be able to make product acceptance decisions considering critical, major, and minor characteristics.

Perform daily inventory and cycle counts

Support the warehousing department and the plant by performing timely and accurate system transactions.

Provide administrative support to the Plant in the area of Production.

Support the shipping department by performing all required daily shipping transactions.

The Sr. Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician will be responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of various plant and office electrical systems, plastic and metal plumbing systems, pneumatic, hydraulic and other mechanical systems.

This position is responsible for working on the production lines.

Preparing packages and all documents for shipment.

Maintain the cleanliness of Production and Warehouse.

To operate a Forklift or Reach Truck.

Working in the shipping department, reviewing sales orders and all shipping documents. Responsible for operating forklift and pallet jacks.

Complete general tasks in support of the Maintenance department.

To inspect production lines to ensure products meet RTC quality standards

Hands-on supervisor overseeing all aspects of the shipping docks and continuously working to drive on-time deliveries while ensuring efficient packing and loading of orders.
